That's completely normal. Most clients come to us feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or confused by all the information online. We'll guide you through what actually makes sense for your goals, comfort level, and budget.
Does skin needling hurt?

There's a prickling sensation throughout. But most clients actually find it exciting, it feels like something is happening. Because it is. Our premium device completes the full treatment in just 8–15 minutes, so you're in and out before you know it.
What is the down time with brow tattooing?
+
The first 7 days are the most important. In the first couple of days your brows will appear slightly darker, this is completely intentional. We lose around 40% of pigment during healing, so we need to start darker to land where we want to be. It's not big and bold, it's change.
For the full 7 days, only two products can touch your skin, a cleanser and aftercare balm, both provided by us. These are the only things your brows need to lock in the result.
What is the difference between brow tint & brow dye

Brow tint colours the hair only, it's semi-permanent and fades over 1–3 weeks depending on the shade. Brow stain goes further, colouring both the hair and the skin beneath. The skin stain lasts up to 2 weeks, while the colour in the hair simply grows out naturally.
The key to brows is consultation. We'll always ask you a series of questions to find out the desired look for you.
Will changing skin care make me break out?

Your skin goes through an adjustment phase. One of our ranges uses functional actives, the highest level of active ingredients available without a prescription, and when your skin has been asleep, waking it up can create purging or dryness for a period of time.
The most important things are consistency and communication. There is always something we can do to support you, just keep us in the loop throughout your skin journey.
