Shipping & Delivery

We ship to locations within Australia. Free shipping is available on orders over $150. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Gift Cards

ARLA Aesthetics offers gift cards for purchase. These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any service or product in-store.
